Refund Policy

At PASILO, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our updated return and refund terms below.


Return Eligibility

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email notification confirming we have your item.
We’ll then inform you whether your refund is approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Recheck your bank or credit card account.

  2. Contact your credit card provider — refunds may take time to post.

  3. Contact your bank, as processing delays are common.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the order wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
If your refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund.
